1. Our Services

NyroSports manufactures and supplies custom sportswear, training wear, leisurewear, corporate clothing, education wear, socks, and other customized textile products. Products can be developed according to the customer’s specifications, including designs, colors, fabrics, branding, labels, and sizing requirements.

2. Enquiries & Quotations

All enquiries are reviewed according to the requested product specifications. Quotations may depend on product type, quantity, fabric, customization, packaging, shipping destination, and other production requirements.

A quotation is not considered a confirmed order until the required specifications and commercial terms have been approved by both parties.

3. Custom Products

Because our products may be manufactured according to individual requirements, customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Designs and artwork
• Logos and branding
• Colors and specifications
• Size requirements
• Product quantities
• Labels and packaging requirements
• Delivery information

Once production has been approved, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and delays.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers must have the necessary rights or authorization to use any logos, trademarks, graphics, names, designs, or other materials supplied to NyroSports.

The customer remains responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Samples & Approvals

Where applicable, samples, mockups, artwork, measurements, or production specifications may be provided for customer approval before bulk manufacturing.

Once a customer approves a sample, artwork, size specification, or production detail, subsequent production will generally follow the approved specifications.

6. Production & Lead Times

Production timelines depend on the order quantity, product complexity, customization requirements, material availability, sampling, and approval process.

Estimated production or delivery dates are provided in good faith and may change because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the specifications confirmed at the quotation stage. Changes to quantities, materials, designs, customization, packaging, or shipping requirements may affect the final price.

Payment terms will be agreed with the customer before production begins. Production may not commence until the required payment or deposit has been received.

8. Product Quality

NyroSports follows quality-control procedures throughout manufacturing. Products are produced according to the approved specifications and agreed quality requirements.

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, measurements, printing, embroidery, or finishing may occur within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

9. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping arrangements, delivery methods, and responsibilities will be agreed before dispatch. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, transportation delays, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.

10. Inspection & Claims

Customers should inspect products promptly after receiving an order. If there is an issue with the delivered products, the customer should contact NyroSports with relevant details and supporting photographs or documentation.

Claims should be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

11. Cancellations & Changes

Custom manufacturing orders may involve materials, artwork, patterns, labels, and production arrangements specifically prepared for the customer. Therefore, cancellations or modifications after approval may be subject to additional costs.

Any cancellation or change request must be submitted to NyroSports as soon as possible.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. Product images, colors, descriptions, specifications, and other information may vary from actual production depending on screen settings, materials, manufacturing processes, and customization requirements.

13. Confidentiality

Where commercially sensitive information, designs, specifications, or business details are shared during the enquiry or manufacturing process, NyroSports will handle such information with reasonable care and confidentiality, subject to applicable agreements between the parties.

14. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, copy website content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

16. Limitation of Liability
